On May 14, 2025, Swedish Wind Energy and the Solar Park Network formed Green Power Sweden, the industry association for large-scale wind power, solar power and energy storage. The large-scale renewable power sources – together with energy storage and flexibility – provide the best conditions for Sweden to quickly implement electrification and climate change, with competitive electricity prices for industry and the country’s households.
